1.3 You must use The Fit Fuel Society website and Service only in accordance with those listed under clause 6.

1.6 These terms and conditions contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.

1.9 Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.

1.10 This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Wales

2. Subscription Terms:
We (The Fit Fuel Society) offer a subscription based service which can be purchased from The Fit Fuel Society website, Apple and Google stores.

2.1. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the subscription fee specified at the time of subscription. 

2.2. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. 

2.3. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your next billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged, unless you cancel 24 hours before your next billing date. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the subscription term. Please note, The Fit Fuel Society, can not be held responsible for any communication not received due to human error. 

3. Payment:

3.1. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. 

3.2. We accept most major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. 

3.3. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes which may incur due to your country specific. 

3.4 You are responsible for updating your payment method. In case payment failure occurs for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription until we collect the full amount of your subscription.

4. Discounts 

4.1 Occasionally The Fit Fuel Society will provide you with a discount code which can be used against a subscription from the Fit Fuel Society website. Our terms and conditions are as including but not excluding to the following:
 

• Discount codes have no cash value and are unable to be redeemed or refunded. 

• Discount codes may have an expiry date which will be highlighted in the offer. 

• The Discount code will be available to be redeemed in all available currencies on the Website unless otherwise stated. 

• The Discount code will either need to be entered in manually by the customer or will automatically applied and will be advertised at the time should the code by automatically at the time of checkout. 

• Unless otherwise stated discount codes are unable to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Discount codes are only available to new customers to use on their subscriptions unless otherwise stated. 

• Discount codes are unable to be used in conjunction with any other active subscription. 

• Discount codes are only available and are not able to be used once unless highlighted as forever. These are not able to be transferred from person to person. 

• The Fit Fuel Society has the right to cancel or amend the Discount Code for any reason.

5. Account and Security: 

5.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 

5.2. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. 

6. Use of Services: 

6.1. You agree to use the subscription services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. 

6.2. You are prohibited from using the services to engage in any activity that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.

6.3 You agree not to use any information from this website for any unauthorised purposes, including but not limited to: 

• Commercial exploitation without prior written consent from The Fit Fuel Society.

• Republishing, distributing, or retransmitting content from our website without proper attribution or permission. 

7. Misrepresentation: 

7.1 You shall not use our information to misrepresent yourself, mislead others, or engage in fraudulent activities.

8. Changes to the Services:

8.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.
